- We reserve the right to modify menu items, prices, and availability without prior notice.
- Orders once placed cannot be modified or canceled after a certain time.
4. Payments
- Payments can be made online through integrated platforms (Zomato, Swiggy, or UPI/Wallet options).
- All transactions are processed securely. We do not store your card/payment information.
5. Delivery & Timings
- Delivery is available within designated service areas in Mumbai.
- Estimated delivery times are provided for convenience and are subject to change due to weather, traffic, or kitchen load.
6. Refunds & Cancellations
- In case of a wrong or missing item, please notify us within 30 minutes of receiving the order.
- Refunds or replacements will be provided at the sole discretion of The Yellow Mustard.
- No refunds are applicable for orders canceled after the food has been prepared or dispatched.
7. Allergens & Dietary Needs
- While we maintain high hygiene standards, our kitchen uses common allergens such as nuts, dairy, and gluten.
- Please inform us about any allergies or dietary restrictions when placing the order. However, we cannot guarantee a 100% allergen-free meal.
8. Intellectual Property
- All content including logo, menu, design, and branding are the intellectual property of The Yellow Mustard and may not be used without permission.
9. Governing Law
- These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising will be subject to the jurisdiction of Mumbai courts.
